Google data and privacy

This notice explains the use of Google account authorization by the internal UntilAccepted n8n Automation integration. This notice is distinct from the privacy policy for the future UntilAccepted legal product.

Who operates the integration

The operator of this internal integration is Oleksii Tkachenko. Privacy enquiries can be sent to support@untilaccepted.com.

Data accessed

With the connected Google account's consent, Google OAuth can authorize the integration to access spreadsheets, spreadsheet contents and associated file metadata according to the actual permissions granted. This may include reading and updating spreadsheet cells. Google OAuth permissions may technically cover more spreadsheets than the single file used in testing; access is constrained operationally by a dedicated Google account.

Purpose and handling

Google data is used to perform operator-controlled spreadsheet automation, validation, and error handling. The initial preproduction activity uses synthetic data in a dedicated spreadsheet. The integration does not provide third parties with a way to upload confidential legal documents.

Access, providers and security

The operator uses Google's authorization infrastructure and a self-hosted n8n automation service. These informational pages are delivered through Cloudflare Pages; Cloudflare may process request metadata needed to deliver and secure the pages, such as IP addresses and access times. Authorized administrators and hosting providers may process limited operational records necessary to run and secure the integration. We do not present the n8n tool as a public Google Drive file explorer. Technical execution records and server logs may be retained to operate, troubleshoot, and secure this internal integration. The operator has not yet verified a fixed automatic deletion period for these records, so this notice makes no promise of deletion after a particular number of days. Questions about retained records or requests for their deletion can be sent to the contact address below.

Withdrawal and requests

Google authorization can be withdrawn in the Google Account settings. For requests concerning information held by the integration, contact support@untilaccepted.com. Withdrawal may stop the related automations. Operational records already stored by the service may require separate handling.

Changes

We will update this notice if the integration's Google permissions, processing activities or providers change materially.
